The Belief of Maintaining :-

An open dialogue with clients
Commitment to creating aesthetic design
The functional demands of modern society.

These are all part of the personalised attention given to achieve a unique solution to clients needs. The design parameters used in hotel and resort development require an emphasis on environmental context as well as functional innovations.

Years of experience have given a broad band of acquired international expertise when working as a network of disciplines as offered here, by the Studio:C Group of specialists.

INTERNATIONAL HOTEL CONCEPT

The Hotel, Convention Centre and
Office Complex of 110,000m2 has
been designed for an elevated site.

The main arrival is through a
colonnaded gateway leading into a
landscaped square to the main hotel
entrance and atrium lobby.
Convention Auditorium and
Exhibition facilities are located
below the square with the separate
access points on each side of the
glazed porte cochere.

The semi-circular plan of the
complex, its elevation and its
orientation affords a spectacular
vista.

MIDDLE EASTERN TRADITION

The design concept adopted
for the Multi-Story Towers
incorporates the most
fundamental of the Islamic
traditions, namely unity.
The symbolic generic forms
such as the minaret, the
courtyard and other elements
constitute the elements of
traditional Islamic
architecture. The result is a
building inseparable from the
spirit of Islamic art and
architecture.

INTERNATIONAL RESORTS

This 435Ha Resort Development comprises six hotels individually based on traditional themes to suit site characteristics.
Other facilities include a central clubhouse, a 9 hole and 18 hole international standard golf course surrounded with by villas and executive housing sights, a tennis complex, equestrian centre and traditional village.
